You'll get a questionnaire asking about your mission, recent wins, and what message you want to send. It takes about 30-45 minutes to complete. This is due by 8pm PT/11pm ET - no exceptions! Miss this deadline and you'll get DIY templates instead of custom emails (trust me, you want the custom ones).
